Louiville Sep. 9th 1869 Rev. J.H. Wilbur Dear Brother I received your letter of July 31st and also the one containing a copy of the will. I have written to Mr. Quinlan giving him the information you requested. I have consulted the Judge of the County and he thinks as long as the property passes to the legal heir that it would be paid directly to the heir without passing through the hands of the executor. he was very busy but would soon look at it more perticularly. There was a receipt in Susans hands of 500.00 on which she had lent Dora and they had decided between them that this should go to Miss Yale. and there is in come. Susan has paid 500.00 to Miss Yale and if necessary we will send a copy of the receipts It is my desire to act up to Susans last wishes in evry thing. The friends are all well as far as we know. We send much love to yourself and wife. David Waters
