FRESHMAN GLEE 1966 FIGHT- the theme for 1966 was carried out in an Old English Jousting scene. March 19, 1966 found the gym in the guise of an ancient castle, including a drawbridge entry. The castle was packed on the night of the joust. Competition was close between the classes. The mighty class of 1966 strived valiantly for another third place but had to give way to the sophomores and take fourth place for themselves. Coming up a step from last year, the class of 1968, placed third in the joust. Through diligent efforts during Glee week, the freshmen won the rank of second place. For the third year straight the class of 1967 merited and attained the honor of first place. For all concerned the thirty-two hours of practice was well worth the success of the fifty- eighth annual Glee.
