Bannock Agent In time past we have invoiced at the Agency 2,500 and have Issued Innuity goods to full three thousand. In 1866 I Reported An Estimate of 3,400 No Census ever taken So as to Report from actual Count. In 1868 Millers Reports at the Agency Mill Shows he ground for the Indians 6,684 and the Indians on the lower part of the Agency and on the Attamum they had their grain ground at the Mill at Yakama City off the Reservation. I Reported an Estimate of 20,000 Bushels Raised. In the Same Year W.H. Waterman Supt of Indian Affairs for Washington Territory Gave Me Checks to pay treaty Employees, for Schools, Shops, Mills, Hospital amp; Annuntery to 7,238 75/100 Dollars that never have been paid.
