        If* Itefctratt0n In recognition of countless years of service to the students and faculty of Willamette University, we dedicate this 58th annua  Freshman Glee to Dr. Robert D. Gregg, Dean of the College of Libera   Arts. 
        intrabuttwti The 127th graduating class of Willamette University welcomes you to the 58th annual Freshman Glee Competition. Glee has continually generated a sense of inner-class rivalry that has provided spirit, enthusiasm, and a challenge to the 58 graduating classes since its conception in 1908. As in the past, this year  x27;s theme FIGHT has left its mark in lack of sleep, frustrations, set-backs, and disappointments. Yet, the satisfaction of knowing that a job well done is exemplified in the four performances you witness this evening. One class will win, one will lose. Thus it is with any competitive event. The winners hope that you share ex- citment in their victory. The losers hope that you share in their sense of competitive zeal.         Words and Music Judged together by three judges. Each judge will rate the four classes according to first, second, third and fourth. Vocal Rendition Four judges will consider tone quality, diction, and expression. Each judge will rate the four classes according to first, second, third and fourth. Formation Three judges will each rate the four classes according to first,  second,  third  and  fourth. POINTS WILL BE ASSIGNED AFTER JUDGING IS COMPLETED.
