dc.description.abstract(12 Willamette Sports L.J., no. 2, 2015, at 22). This article examines student-athlete compensation in college sports programs in light of Title IX requirements. The author argues that limiting compensation to men student-athletes who comprised the class in O'Bannon v. NCAA would violate Title IX because it would result in unequal opportunities for women student-athletes.
