Scarlet Cabaret is a stop motion animated short that follows Rose Lesow, a 1920’s cabaret performer as she arrives backstage to don her makeup for her final performance.
The film deals with the art of burlesque, monstrosity, performance, and the powers of makeup and its effects on the one who wears it.
