This novel explores the intersections of horror, trans identity, and visual storytelling through a story about the experience of feeling “othered” as a trans person, and what happens when the past comes back to haunt the people left behind. My pitch includes 17 full-color pages created with analog ink and digital coloring, along with character, prop, and environment development to establish the visual language and narrative pacing for a full 300-page graphic novel.ink, gouache, watercolor paper, Procreategraphic novel comic character design visual development concept art visual storytelling trans art illustration illustrator digital art analog art inks gouacheCasper Mayberry 2026
