Abstract

Description

Although this work was painted in Seal Rock, Oregon, Constance Fowler stated in 1992, “It is not of any particular place but rather a creation about the sea attacking the rocks and the resentment of the rocks. During high tide or storms, I tend to watch the rocks more than the waves.”
