Ceramic mask, created to look like wood; a contemporary version of a traditional Yup'ik mask; bottom portion of mask resembles a bird (black and white features); top of mask's face has gray and, white and red colored feathers radiating; wood framework extends upward to a point above mask; small white ceramic faces protrude off frame.
