Constellation embraces several of Izquierdo's favored themes. The central shape-the surrealized body of a plant, bird, or woman-is adorned with flaring forms that in Izquierdo's vocabulary can allude to the flowing tresses of a woman's hair. The angular blades point in four directions, perhaps toward the far reaches of the universe in which this constellation resides.
